Originally from Pakistan, Soloman made the courageous decision to migrate to the United States at the age of 19, seeking new opportunities and challenges. His journey took a pivotal turn when he joined the United States Army at 21, where he discovered his passion for service and leadership. He has a degree in business management from George Mason University and is also a Signal Officer in the Army. Throughout his academic journey, Soloman has consistently demonstrated outstanding academic performance, earning a place on the Dean's List every semester. Beyond his academic and military pursuits, Soloman has also proudly represented Pakistan on the national soccer stage and has keen interest in many physical activities such as snowboarding, weightlifting, biking, hiking and running. With a diverse range of experiences and a commitment to excellence, Soloman continues to inspire those around him as he navigates his journey forward.

Kiet Nguyen
Meet Kiet Nguyen, co-founder of Titan Tone Fitness and a cybersecurity professional with a global perspective. Originally from Vietnam, Kiet made his mark in the United States a decade ago, bringing with him a deep-seated passion for fitness and a penchant for weightlifting.
In addition to his role as co-founder of Titan Tone Fitness, Kiet serves with distinction in the Army National Guard as a Cyber Officer, where he applies his technical expertise to protect critical digital infrastructure.
Beyond his professional duties, Kiet is an avid outdoor enthusiast, finding rejuvenation and challenge in activities such as hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and rock climbing.
With a dedication to fostering inclusivity and diversity within the fitness industry, Kiet Nguyen is committed to empowering individuals to achieve their wellness goals while promoting a culture of excellence and accessibility.

Lance Keophanboua
Meet Lance, a cornerstone co-founder of Titan Tone Fitness and a dedicated Army Medical Service Officer serving our nation. Born and raised in America to immigrant parents from Laos and Vietnam, Lance embodies the spirit of gratitude and determination.
From a young age, Lance's restless nature drove him to seek opportunities to honor his parents' sacrifices and set an example for his younger brother. Engaging in a plethora of activities including Piano, Tae Kwon Do, Futbol (soccer), Boy Scouts, Track and Field, Wrestling, and more, Lance embraced a diverse range of experiences.
Tae Kwon Do instilled in him discipline, integrity, grit, and tenacity, shaping his strong moral compass. Track and Field taught him the valuable lesson, "The race isn't over until it's over," instilling resilience. Meanwhile, his piano practice cultivated perseverance, creativity, and diligence.
Lance pursued his educational journey at George Mason University, majoring in Biology with a minor in Environmental Science and Policy. His interests span across diverse fields including Art, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Community Service, and Weightlifting, reflecting his multifaceted approach to life and learning.
